Payment & Delivery Terms

We accept payment for goods via all major credit, debit cards and Paypal and offer our customers a secure, reliable and trusted payment system meaning that we do not need to see or store your credit card details, therefore further reducing the risk of your card details being intercepted.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 5pm (GMT) the following day (subject to availability of stock and excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If for any reason we cannot dispatch within this timeframe, we will contact you using the email details you provide with your payment.

UK Shipping

All orders are carriage free within the UK and are dispatched by First Class mail

Shipping to EU Countries and rest of the world

We are happy to post to the rest of the world for an additional cost. We do not currently offer free shipping outside the UK. Please contact us on hello@offensiveoccasions for a cost prior to ordering.

Cancellation Policy

Any orders cancelled before 5pm on the date of purchase, and therefore before dispatch, will be refunded the following day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any orders already dispatched that you wish to cancel will be refunded in full on return of the goods in good condition (see Returns Policy for further details).

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can either exchange or refund the items, providing we receive them back within 40 days of delivery. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. We request that you return goods by registered post, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Your refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned goods (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund having been processed, however please be aware that banks might take an additional 2-14 days to refund the amount to your card.

Products Returned After the Cancellation Period

For products that are returned after 40 days of purchase, we will only refund 25% of the purchase price, however, the goods must be returned in a good/ saleable condition.

Returned goods that are received in a damaged state

If you wish to return goods because you do not want them and they are received back to us in a damaged condition, then we will only refund twenty five percent of the original purchase price

Please note we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). This does not affect your statutory rights.
